The international conference Russian Arbitration Day (www.arbitrationday.ru) focused on key issues of development of the international commercial arbitration on Post-Soviet territory was declared closed in Moscow. It was held for the second time by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, with support by Muranov, Chernyakov & Partners, Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP and its Russian practice Goltsblat BLP, Monastyrsky, Zyuba, Stepanov & Partners, Watson, Farley & Williams. 

Muranov, Chernyakov & Partners supported the Nationwide Student Moot Court Competition in Constitutional Law

On 23 November in St. Petersburg in the Pompeiskii Hall of the House of Laval – the residence of the Constitutional Court of Russia – the final of Russia’s Second Nationwide Student Moot Court Competition in Constitutional Law took place. The competition was established by the Institute of Law and Public Policy, together with the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe, and falls under the aegis of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. The 2012 competition was supported by Muranov, Chernyakov & Partners law firm.
